We're based in Gilberdyke, East Yorkshire (HU15 2FN) — between Brough and Howden on the south bank of the Humber. Our registered office is 3 Linden Close, Gilberdyke. We're a genuinely local business, not a national contractor operating out of the area.
We cover a broad area of East Yorkshire, including Brough, Howden, Hull, Beverley, Hessle, Swanland, Cottingham, Willerby, Anlaby, North Ferriby, Elloughton, South Cave, Market Weighton, Pocklington, Goole, Snaith, Walkington, Driffield, Bridlington, Kirk Ella, West Ella, Welton, Newport, Eastrington, Holme-on-Spalding-Moor, Hedon, Cherry Burton, Leconfield, Tickton, Dunswell, and Bilton — as well as many villages in between. If you're unsure whether we cover your postcode, give us a call or drop us a message.
Contact us by phone on 07428 376812 or via our contact form to arrange a free, no-obligation site visit. Andy visits every property personally before any quote is agreed — we don't price off photos or measurements sent through without seeing the site.
Yes — completely. There's no charge for the site visit and no pressure to proceed. Andy will look at the project, talk through the options, and provide a written quote. You decide what happens next.
We have full-garden capability across hard landscaping, which means we can handle paving, porcelain paving, block paving, decking, composite decking, fencing and gates, turf, artificial turf, raised beds, retaining and garden walls, garden buildings, summerhouses, garden rooms, and garden design — all under one contractor. Many of our projects combine several of these elements, which is more efficient than managing multiple contractors.
Yes. Evergreen Landscaping Service Ltd is registered at Companies House under company number 17154075. You can verify this at companieshouse.gov.uk.
Evergreen Landscaping is owner-led. Andy Price is hands-on with projects and manages the work directly. Any questions about the team on a specific project are best discussed at the site visit.
Absolutely — the site visit is often where the design conversation starts. Andy will look at the space, ask about how you use the garden and what you'd like to change, and help shape a plan that works for your garden, your lifestyle, and your budget. You don't need to come to us with a finished brief.
Yes — we manage the full project from groundworks through to final clear-up. You won't need to coordinate between separate contractors for different elements of a garden project we've quoted for.
Yes. One of our verified projects involved an exterior staircase for a Grade 2 listed building, using traditional materials to meet the requirements. If your property is listed or in a conservation area, that's a useful thing to mention when you contact us — it affects material choices and, in some cases, planning considerations.
There's nothing you need to do in advance. Have a rough idea of which areas of the garden you want to address and, if you have any reference images or ideas you like, it's helpful to have those to hand. Andy will do the rest — he'll measure, assess the ground conditions, and guide the conversation from there.
Yes — many of our East Yorkshire projects are phased over time. The main patio and lawn might be phase one; raised beds, fencing, or a garden room in a later phase. We design phases so each one is self-contained and works as part of the eventual complete garden.
